Ermine

Ermine.ai is an AI tool that allows users to transcribe audio in real-time using their device"s microphone. Unlike other transcription tools, Ermine.ai performs all processing locally on the user"s device, ensuring that the audio data remains secure and private. Users can simply click to begin transcribing and then download the audio and corresponding transcript. While Ermine.ai currently only supports Chrome browsers, support for Firefox is in development. The tool"s transcription model needs to be loaded and initialized before using it for the first time, which might take a few minutes as the model files are downloaded and cached. Ermine.ai currently only supports English transcription.
