Groupthink

Groupthink is an AI-powered tool designed to make meetings more productive by aiding in agenda preparation, note-taking, task assignment, and collaboration. It allows users to create and edit agendas in real-time, with the flexibility to add freeform agenda items. The tool integrates with Google Calendar and sends automated reminders to attendees. During meetings, users can chat with the AI assistant, called VI, and other team members simultaneously to get answers to questions and move the meeting forward. After the meeting, VI sends an automated recap to all attendees, including those who didn"t attend. In addition to meeting management, VI can also provide personalized responses and search the web and business data during 1:1 sessions to help users stay focused on tasks, projects, and goals.
